So the guest bathroom is now not working. So we only have one bathroom for the whole house and that just happens to be the master bedroom bathroom. Lovely lol.
So I have this want to go apple picking. Well really I want something to do with apples....
Apple spice squares
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons soda
3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons cloves
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips (i like chocolate chips better)
With mixer, beat together oleo, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add applesauce, flour, soda, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in nuts and raisins or chocolate chips.
Pour in greased 10 1/2 by 15 1/2 by 1 inch (jelly roll) pan. bake for 25 mins in a 350 oven. Cool and cut into squares.

Chicken Cacciatore
So I think I will also make this a kinda personal blog. But I will always add recipe at the end. It's so much easier having one blog instead of a million.
Done a lot of cleaning today. Can't believe I let the house get that dirty.
Chicken Cacciatore
2 tbs oils
2 1/2 lbs of Chicken pieces
1 envelope of Italian Dressing Mix (I use good seasons)
1 can tomato Sauce (28oz)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 med. green pepper sliced
1 box of Cooked Pasta (or more)
Heat oil and add Chicken. Cook until Brown.
Then sprinkle dressing mix over chicken.
Add tomato Sauce, mushrooms and Green pepper.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 mins.
Serve on pasta.
